From legendary horror maestro John Carpenter, the mastermind behind such horror classics as “Halloween,” “The Fog” and “The Thing,” comes a six-episode unscripted anthology exploring true stories of the terrors that sometimes lurk in the shadows of seemingly safe suburban neighborhoods. Each episode delves into one true tale of horror in suburbia, as told by the real people who experienced it. The genre-defying series blends horror filmmaking with documentary techniques, combining firsthand accounts and archival footage with premium cinematic reenactments. In addition to executive producing, John Carpenter returns to the director’s chair for an episode and also composes the series’ theme music.
