Adam Copeland (Dwight Hendrickson)

Adam Copeland (WWE Superstar Edge) is a professional wrestler and actor, who joined Haven last season and returns for more screen time in Season 3.

Born in Canada, he wrestled in independent productions throughout the 1990s before joining the WWF in 1997, winning the WWF Intercontinental Championship in June 1999. He and his storyline brother, Christian, went on to win the WWF Tag Team Championship on seven different occasions. Edge won 31 championships overall in WWE – the most by any wrestler ever – including 11 world heavyweight championships. He became the youngest wrestler ever inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in March 2012.

Copeland’s autobiography, Adam Copeland on Edge, was a New York Times bestseller in 2003.

Aside from professional wrestling, Copeland appeared in the 2000 fantasy film Highlander: Endgame. He has also guest-starred on television shows including Sanctuary, Clash Time, Bending the Rules, The Weakest Link, Mind of Mencia, Deal or No Deal, and MADtv.

He lives in the mountains of Asheville, NC, where he spends his time hiking, biking, kayaking and cuddling his four dogs.
