This Week on Endgame: "The Caffeine Hit"

Monday, March 28, 2011 9:00 AM

Last week on Endgame, Arkady Balagan balanced his time between the robbery of a high-stakes poker game and the startling discovery that he may have been the intended target in the shooting of his fiancée Rosemary.

On this week's episode, a well-dressed man wakes up on the sidewalk with no shoes, no wallet, and no memory. The only thing in his pocket is a receipt that leads him to the Huxley Hotel. Remembering nothing but how much he loves his wife, the man hires Balagan to find her and to help him rediscover his identity. While uncovering the truth of the amnesiac’s complicated life, Balagan battles with Pippa over the investigation into his own fiancée's murder.

Endgame airs Monday nights at 10pm ET/PT, only on Showcase. Catch up on Season 1 in our video centre or at iTunes.

Loving' the series & especially mad about the chamber maid character(I think played by Carmen Aguirre).

But I've been wracking my brain trying to find the musical lament played at the end of "The Caffeine Hit". A classical piano solo that is so familiar, yet I can't recall what piece and composed by whom.

Help please from any of the show's fans who with a good knowledge of classical music.

I am wondering the same thing. Does anybody know who was the composer and what was the piece that played on that episode?

The piano piece is Chopin's Prelude in E minor, Op. 28 No. 4.
