This week's broadcast of The Kenny vs. Spenny Christmas Special marks the end to an astounding six-season run of increasingly disturbing and boundary-pushing competitions between best friends Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice. For the good of the show, they laid their dignity, privacy, and relationship on the line, doing things that had never been seen before on the airwaves -- Canadian or otherwise -- and entertaining their fans week in and week out.
We've gone on at length about how tonight's finale is not the end, but merely the beginning of two new paths for both Kenny and Spenny, but as the tears pour down your face during the end credits, please remember that Single White Spenny and Kenny Hotz's Triumph of the Will are both coming to Showcase next year.
