Anybody who doesn't think (or know why) Spenny is hilarious/humorous is a couple of rungs short on the ladder of intellect.  Spenny is just as funny as, if not funnier than, Kenny.  The key is you have to actually have a brain and understand where the subtle humour and innuendo is hidden in his message or antics.

Kenny is hilarious because he is friggin smart too.  But Kenny is more of the showbiz type than Spenny and it shows via his willingness and ability to use more base forms of comedy and slapstick humour to appeal to the ignorant, low-rent, intellectually challenged who make up the majority -- but not all -- of his audience.
