The Botwins are in Michigan -- a very long way from Ren Mar -- and they’re looking to sell hash and pick up some passports, as is their way. And now that they’re out of the south they need to ditch the Godmobile since it is the automotive equivalent of a giant target. With the hunt for a hideaway in full swing, they find themselves at Nancy's old high school math teacher's house – who she was rumored to have slept with in high school – to set up camp until they can get organized and flee to Copenhagen. The crazy old former math teacher (and now kleptomaniacal mailman Mr. Schift, played by Richard Dreyfuss) could not be happier to see Nancy and help her out.
Insulted that Nancy and crew have come to Dearborn, Michigan to sell hash to Arabs, how stereotypical of her, her new business partner/dealer/club owner needs some convincing of their product. Andy's ingenuity saves the day, as it has so many times before, as he produces a grass-infused beverage – a little grain alcohol, a dash of hash, a splash of red bull and some ground up methylphenidate, all of which adds up to a cocktail that you'd be hard-pressed to find at Booster Juice.
Nancy visits her parents' grave to have a couple quick words with the folks and bring them up to speed on her growing family. The man she runs into at the cemetery claims to be an old classmate, but I'm thinking he's a fed. Thoughts?
Meanwhile, Silas and Shane pay a visit to Nancy's high school boyfriend, Lars, whose conspicuously blonde hair leads Silas to wonder if he's just found his biological father. Could it be?
