On “A Very Special" Secret Diary of a Call Girl Belle’s latest client turns out to be a wheelchair-bound young man. This is far from being her biggest challenge this episode, though, because she's finally decided to come clean to her doctor boyfriend about her “night secretary” job. The cat's out of the bag earlier than she expects when Dr. Alex surprises her and catches her in the middle of the act. He, of course, goes ballistic and she is left dazed and confused.

It almost feels trite to do highlights this week… almost! Here are my highlights from Episode 5:

Best Exchange
When Alex confronts Ben about his feelings for Belle. Ben denies he's in love with Belle and says he has a girlfriend at home. Alex says he feels bad for her, because she doesn’t know he’s in love with another woman.

Strangely Touching Moment
The client’s father lifting him out of his wheelchair and putting him into Belle’s bed, then kissing his son on the forehead as he leaves -- so the kid can get it on with a prostitute. Twisted, but sweet at the same time.

Amen Moment
Belle starts doing some saucy maneuvering on top of her client when he asks her to stop because it makes it seem like she isn’t a “real girl”. Is there a way to clip this scene and email to every single man in the world?

Unintentionally Funny Scene
Belle standing behind a very convenient half wall while talking to Ben at the golf driving range (which -- trivia alert! -- was an attempt to disguise Billie Piper’s pregnancy in real life).

Intentionally Heartbreaking Scene
When an upset Alex drops off all of Belle’s stuff at her apartment and then calls her “Belle” (instead of Hannah, which is her real name).
