The rains blanketing our fair city may wash away the filth of another urban winter, but it takes the scathing gossip-mongering and link-farming of my favourite message board and weekly newsletter focusing on satirical celebrity gossip, Popbitch to schlep me through another Thursday here at Showcase HQ.

Whether they are spilling the beans on the drug habits of a pop stars through thinly veiled anecdotes or outing a pro athletes' homosexual tendencies, Popbitch consistently entertains for upwards of 15 minutes each week!  Also, they usually have a batch of odd ball links, jokes and video clips tucked at the end of each newsletter to finish off your amused jaunt through the dregs of popular culture. It's thanks to this potpourri of malarkey that I discovered the Circus of Disemboweled Plush Toys, a site using Sideshow-style graphics to tart up a ridiculous gallery of hideously tortured fuzzy wittle fwiends.
